Hi Judy~~~~
After checking out the recipes for Mac & Cheese more carefully, u were
absolutely correct. That's the show!! The recipes were so simple that I
didn't think they were the ones I had seen. U r able to make simple
recipes look so yummy. I had never thought of using dry mustard. What a
difference!! Even a measely 1/2 tsp in the one with cream sauce made it
awesome.
One recipe I had a problem with was the one with the spaghetti squash.
Maybe I was too impatient. I'll need to try it again. When I was
teaching I didn't cook much. Now that I'm retired I'm trying to do some
of ur things. U make it look so easy. It is---I'm just new at it.
Sorry I've bugged u about the "pasta" recipe, but--- every time I watch
one of your shows, I feel like I'm right there in the kitchen. I don't
feel like I'm in a TV audience. No other cooking show comes across this
way. I feel like your a friend. It's just so laid back, no script is used,
impromptu. At least it feels that way.
U do a super job. Just wanted u to know that.

Hi Judy…
I am able to watch your show from Fresno and caught the Cincinnati and
White Bean Chili’s that you made with your sister. I looked for the
recipes this morning but didn’t see them. Should I wait for a certain
length of time before they post? Your show was so funny and I just
cracked up at you and your sister. Thanks for the show!

Dear Judy
I have been
enjoying your show ever since we realized that we can get you on CTN
32-3. My husband and I really get alot out of your cooking shows. And
besides, we appreciate the fact that you are very normal, and have a
great personality :^)
Keep up the good work and thank you.

Hi Judy
I have been
watching your show on the CTN network. The CTN network is one of the
few perks that I have while I am home recovering. I just think your
personality and realism is just a joy to watch. You remind me of my
family. Thank you for these enjoyable hours.
Sincerely,
Sherri
